7 DON'TS After Meal

DO NOT do these 7 things after meal:

1. *Don't smoke
Experiment from expert prove that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarette (chances of cancer higher) (Whether you smoke after meals of before meals does not make a difference because it is not your stomach that is going to be affected, it is your lungs.)

2. *Don't eat fruit immediately
Immediately eat fruit after meal will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal. (Fruit does not make your stomach bloat with air but of course, you will feel bloated and full after eating a heavy meal with the addition of fruits as dessert.)

3. *Don't drink tea
This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be harden thus difficult to digest (This is craps... ... ..try mixing your food with tea and see whether they harden or not?)

4. *Don't loosen your belt 
 Loosen belt after meal will easily caused the intestine to be twisted & block. (It is obvious that the person who claims this does not know the anatomy of the body. The intestine is inside your abdomen well protected by your fats and abdominal muscles.If loosening your belts can twist your instestines, then our surgeons will have a tough time doing operations to untwist our intestines if it is claimed that they can be twisted easily.)

5. *Don't bath
 Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach. (This is another craps. If our blood supply is only one way then we cannot do a lot of things at one time. The next thing they will claim is that standing up will make your blood go down to the legs and feet and your brains will not get enough supplies)

6. *Don't walk about
People always say that after meal walk a hundred step will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake. (If this happens, many of us will be very thin and emanciated looking like the Bosnia People. People eat and walk after meals every day.If not, how to survive.)

7. *Don't sleep immediately
The food we intake were unable to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine (Infection is not due to sleeping after meals. They are caused by bacteria)
